My cancellation policy requires 24 hours advance notice. Appointments canceled with less notice will incur the full session fee or considered a missed appointment for individuals with Maryland Medical Assistance. 3 missed appointments will lead to discharge. Individuals will be provided with a list of referrals to contact shall they wish to continue services elsewhere.
How does confidentiality work?
All communications between you and FLY will be held in strict confidence unless you or legal guardians provide written authorization to release information about your treatment.
There may be some situations in which your information cannot be kept confidential such as:
- If you are a threat to yourself or others.
- If you report suspected/confirmed child or elder abuse or neglect.
- If your information is subpoenaed by the Courts.
